Shipping & Returns

*Domestic shipping is free with any purchase. We use USPS Mail (1-5 business days)

*All orders placed after 12pm will be fulfilled next day.

*We are not responsible for delays with USPS/UPS or any shipping carrier used.

*International orders over $150 ship free with a deferred carrier depending on the shipping destination. All international sales are FINAL.

*International orders under $150 ship with a discounted shipping rate set by Shopify. Rates will depend on the shipping destination. All international sales are FINAL.

**Please note! We do not refund orders that were refused on delivery. If you are ordering internationally, please check the VAT and import costs as we will not refund refused orders. In this case, the product is abandoned and therefore can not be returned to the company.

**Please enter the correct mailing address for your order. If you enter your order with the incorrect mailing address information, the correct channels to recover the package will be with the shipping provider you selected at checkout. Druthers is not responsible for packages being shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

2. Returns

*We do not accept returns/exchanges on any item that has been taken out of the original packaging, with labels removed, or clearly have been worn. For color of fabric and goods, please refer to our high quality photos on the product page of the website.

*All international sales are FINAL. We are offering free shipping to certain international shipping destinations, including Canada and the UK, however we cannot pay for shipping labels on returns and exchanges for international orders.

**Please note that all returns/exchanges take 1-2 weeks to process from the time the product hits our warehouse. Once at our warehouse, the item will go through quality control before we are able to process your store credit or exchange.

**We reserve the right to deny any returns and send back if we believe otherwise.

**Return shipping is paid for by the customer after the first order.

**Please note, our checkout process cannot combine multiple discounts or offers including store credits. We cannot retroactively apply discounts on your order.

**Please understand the intended use for the product that you are buying before trying to return for a quality issue. For example, a merino wool dress sock is not meant to be worn inside a work boot. Similarly, a thick boot sock may not fit into a dress shoe. If a knit hat seems to small at first, please give it a stretch. Please also note that our sizes and fits are unique to our brand. If a product size doesn't fit to your liking, please email us to exchange for a better fitting size.
